Pitching Practice Will Begin Wednesday, Nov. 14.

Softball pitching practice is  Wednesdays  8-9 pm.  Pitching practice will take place at the DGF Middle School Gym in Dilworth.  All girls who are interested in pitching ages 9-14 are welcome.  High school players are welcome to throw but no coaching will be available to them and are on their own.  All pitchers interested in participating need to bring their own catcher or someone able to catch for them.  If catchers are middle school or high school age, they must wear catchers helmet or batters helmet with face mask for safety.  Adults may wear helmet if have own helmets or mask.  None will be provided.  More info contact Matt Spessard @ 701-730-6350
